With the successful launch of Workday, we expect our capacity to address new intake requests will continue to increase over the next several weeks. IAM engineers will address requests in the order they were received.
We understand the importance of your requests and the potential impact delays may have. We continue to do our best to evaluate urgent needs on a case-by-case basis. Your patience and understanding during this period of Workday stabilization are greatly appreciated.
This request should be used for a project- or application-specific need for information about students, faculty or staff, to be used for official University of Wisconsin administrative or academic purposes. That need could include integrating with NetID Login, identity data for operational needs, or consulting on how applications will provision and de-provision users.
* IAM defines project work as anything that will require more than two hours worth of time from any member(s) of the team. For all other operational requests (less than two hours of work), please follow existing practices by contacting the Help Desk.
** The IAM Work Request process is specific to the work of the IAM Team. All other IT Project related requests including new or significantly modified IT services should be submitted to the IT Project Intake Process for review.
Requirements
- An IT need for information about students, faculty or staff, to be used for official University of Wisconsin administrative or academic purposes.
- If you are requesting an Organization Unit (OU) and new OU admin, please go complete and submit our Qualtrics form. These requests have a quicker operational turnaround and the IAM Intake form should not be used.
- This work request process should not be submitted for an operational outage. For urgent operational requests, please follow existing practices and contact the Help Desk.
