The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Intake Request enables partners from throughout UW-Madison and UW-System to request the time, expertise, and existing services of the IAM Team for an upcoming project*.
This request should be used for a project- or application-specific need for information about students, faculty or staff, to be used for official University of Wisconsin administrative or academic purposes. That need could include integrating with NetID Login, identity data for operational needs, or consulting on how applications will provision and de-provision users.
* IAM defines project work as anything that will require more than two hours worth of time from any member(s) of the team. For all other operational requests (less than two hours of work), please follow existing practices by contacting the Help Desk.
** The IAM Work Request process is specific to the work of the IAM Team. All other IT Project related requests including new or significantly modified IT services should be submitted to the IT Project Intake Process for review.
