Applications for the 2026–27 IT Leaders Program (ITLP) open Monday, July 6 — and the window is short. Applications close Monday, July 13, at 11:59pm.
We encourage you to consider applying or to reach out to someone you think would benefit from the program.
About the IT Leaders Program
ITLP is a unique professional development program for UW–Madison IT leaders looking to develop their skills. It’s a transformative experience that requires a high level of participation and engagement, both during and after the program. The program is open to managers and directors, as well as senior leaders and team leads without direct reports.
Two ITLP cohorts are available this cycle: the Universities of Wisconsin cohort and the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) cohort. Both last 10 months and include multi-day workshops, facilitated applied learning sessions, reading and research assignments, and individual coaching sessions. Expect to spend at least two hours a week on program activities.
Application
The one-week application period opens Monday, July 6, and closes Monday, July 13. The process includes a written application.
