As the semester gets rolling, please reach out to the Help Desk with any of your tech questions. We’re here to help!

Our fall semester hours began August 24:

The Walk-In Help Desk is currently closed for in-person consultations, but will be open (by appointment) for rental drop off and pick-ups, computer software repair drop-offs and pick-ups, and departmentally-owned computer hardware repair drop-offs and pick-ups (no personal computer hardware repair available). Customers can contact the Help Desk through the methods above, or email repair@doit.wisc.edu to set up a time between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri for those services.
