The DoIT Tech Store said goodbye this past spring after more than 30 years of providing valuable products and services to the university community. Although the retail services are no longer there, the DoIT Walk-In Help Desk continues to provide the exceptional support you have come to expect for our campus IT services at the same 1210 West Dayton St. location.
As the new semester begins, here are some key things to know about accessing IT support services on campus:
- Get tech support in the method that works best for you: The DoIT Help Desk can provide in-person and remote tech support. View your support options.
- Make device purchases through UW: Students can view recommended devices for their major and purchase personal computers through our Dell and Apple campus partner websites.
- Download the software you need: Visit the Campus Software Library to download university licensed software.
- Access applications and print documents on the go: Stop into one of the twenty-one general-access computer labs on campus to collaborate on group projects or print out assignments.
