We lead CliftonStrengths sessions with teams in the division to identify and leverage individual strengths.
Retreat design and facilitation
We create tailored activities for team building and strategic planning.
Management Skills and Competencies Development Program
We plan and run the MSCD professional development program for consistent organizational management practices.
Identity and Power 101
We run workshops on self-reflection and the impact of social identities.
Hiring for equity
We run training for search committee chairs to mitigate bias in hiring.
