EDUCAUSE Data Literacy Institute: Jun 20-Aug 12

Are you new to working and communicating with data, or do you engage and interact with units that use data for decision making? Register for the online EDUCAUSE Data Literacy Institute, which begins June 20.

The EDUCAUSE Data Literacy Institute is designed to empower higher education professionals at all levels to use data confidently. This institute is designed specifically for higher education professionals who are new to working and communicating with data and engage and interact with units that use data for decision-making. A data analysis background and/or prior experience in working with data is not required or needed to be successful in this institute.

This institute provides foundational knowledge needed to facilitate effective data-informed decision-making. Participants will get a comprehensive view into the information lifecycle and hands-on practice with each step, from data creation to leading change through data storytelling and data governance.

This intensive, 8-week institute engages participants in interactive live sessions, offers small, applied team projects designed to support networking and learning, and provides coaching with the faculty.

More details, including the agenda and registration information is available on the EDUCAUSE Data Literacy Institute website.
