DoIT Help Desk resumes normal hours

Beginning August 26, the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Help Desk will resume normal hours for the fall semester:

General Help Desk

Phones & email

  • Mon through Sun: 7am to 11pm

Chat

  • Mon through Sun: 8am to 10pm

Onsite Help Desk

  • Computer Sciences, 1210 W Dayton St
  • Mon through Fri: 7:45am to 5pm
  • Sat and Sun: Closed

Labor Day

On Monday, September 2:

  • Help Desk Level 1 phones, chat and email will be open 7am to 6pm
  • Onsite Help Desk and Help Desk Level 2 will be closed

Which Help Desk do you need?

  • The Level 1 Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help to students, faculty, staff, emeriti and affiliates.
  • The Level 2 Help Desk offers departmental tech support to contract partners (formerly VIPs) on campus.
