General Help Desk
Phones & email
- Mon through Sun: 7am to 11pm
Chat
- Mon through Sun: 8am to 10pm
Onsite Help Desk
- Computer Sciences, 1210 W Dayton St
- Mon through Fri: 7:45am to 5pm
- Sat and Sun: Closed
Labor Day
On Monday, September 2:
- Help Desk Level 1 phones, chat and email will be open 7am to 6pm
- Onsite Help Desk and Help Desk Level 2 will be closed
Which Help Desk do you need?
- The Level 1 Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help to students, faculty, staff, emeriti and affiliates.
- The Level 2 Help Desk offers departmental tech support to contract partners (formerly VIPs) on campus.
