InfoLabs Offer Free Equipment Loan Options For Students

In partnership with libraries and departments across campus, InfoLabs provide students with access and guidance for their computing needs. Patrons can gain access to desktop and laptop computers, general user equipment circulation, printing services, and design guidance at multiple locations across campus.

However, many on campus are unaware that InfoLabs also offer free equipment loans to students, as well. At many InfoLabs locations, students can check out laptops, video cameras, still cameras, projectors, game systems, audio recorders and more, for classroom and personal use.

To see what equipment is available at each location, visit the Equipment for Checkout page.

Changes coming to the equipment loan process

During the spring semester, InfoLabs will launch a pilot program to test new equipment checkout software in select locations for the rest of the semester. The new system, WebCheckout, will be used in College and Memorial Libraries. All other locations will use the current ECS system for the remainder of the spring 2022 semester.
