Kyla Farroll has been named Enterprise CRM Assistant Director, serving in DoIT’s Enterprise Business Systems. She will lead the important initiative to implement Salesforce across the enterprise.

Farroll has over 10 years of experience in enterprise systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) processes and implementations. She most recently worked as a senior consultant with Appirio, a global Salesforce consulting partner. As part of Appirio’s Digital Experience Strategy team, Farroll helped numerous clients integrate CRM solutions into their work processes. 

In addition, she has over 25 years of higher education experience, serving in both technology-focused and student-facing roles. She has been a leader in academic advising, financial aid, recruiting & admissions, and student services, as well as a champion of student-success initiatives.

“Kyla’s experience in CRM implementations will serve UW–‍Madison well as the service is defined and the first components are implemented,” said Adam Paulick, DoIT’s Director of Enterprise Business Systems. “I’m pleased she will be joining the team at this critical stage of the project.”

Farroll is 3x Salesforce certified and is a Trailhead Ranger. She earned a BA in journalism from Eastern Illinois University and an MA in media communications from Webster University. She started January 6 and is located in the DoIT offices on Dayton Street.
