Agile Scrum

Learn Agile and Scrum foundations in hands-on workshop

Build your Agile and Scrum skills in a workshop presented by members of the UW–Madison Agile Community of Practice on March 4 at the Memorial Union.

This Agile/Scrum Workshop provides an introduction to and foundational understanding of Agile with a deeper dive into the Scrum framework—so you can learn how to deliver fast, deliver often, and manage risks through frequent feedback, prioritization, and iteration.

You’ll learn about Scrum team roles, artifacts, techniques, and ceremonies, and see examples of how Scrum is being implemented in a variety of technical and business environments across the UW. This hands-on workshop includes collaborative, engaging exercises embedded throughout, with a larger Scrum project simulation to bring it all together.
