Canvas/Zoom Integration – Permissions issue

We recently detected an issue regarding how Zoom (within Canvas) treats individuals that possess Admin or Support role within a course.  In short, these individuals are assigned “Alternative Host” roles for all Zoom meetings. The issue has been documented and detailed here. Check this document for progress and updates.
