As part of the Design Community series on February 28, Maria Dahman with the Center for User Experience shared user experience activities to help us learn about our users and design for them.
Dahman shared tips for talking to users, how to implement other user experience activities, and avoiding pitfalls. The session offered several opportunities to practice your skills, including matching user experience activities with project needs and getting user feedback.
