I am delighted to announce that Vanessa Taulbee has been selected as business analysis and change management associate director for the Division of Information Technology Portfolio & Project Management Office (PPMO). Vanessa will start their new role on December 4.
Vanessa currently holds the position of Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Web Platform/Services manager and service coordinator. With over 15 years of experience as a consultant, developer, team lead and business owner, Vanessa’s depth of knowledge and varied experiences in business analysis and change management will be invaluable to our organization and PPMO team. Vanessa has led and managed change in multiple industries. This includes coordinating migrations of production lines, creating and redesigning visions, brands, values and principles, as well as implementing new technologies, organizational structures, and establishing and transitioning services.
I’m excited about Vanessa’s leadership and passion for staff development and change management. I’ve experienced their championing of change management first-hand and I’m thrilled Ness will now be a member of the PPMO team and have an opportunity to make a larger impact in this new role.
