Canvas – Course shells for spring 2025
The new Canvas course shells for spring 2025 were created last week. They should now be available for instructors to begin development. For a reminder on how to import content from previous semesters, refer to this KB article.
Honorlock – Preparing for final exams
Honorlock can be a powerful partner in the design and delivery of final exams. With two weeks remaining in the semester, there is plenty of time to consider whether these several Honorlock affordances may bring value to an instructor.

HelioCampus AC – Evaluations begin November 27
For most courses, HelioCampus AC course evaluations begin next Wednesday, November 27, and will run for two weeks, until Wednesday, December 11. Any final edits to the evaluations and the survey schedules should be completed by the end of the day today (November 22), to ensure they are in place for some automated HelioCampus AC pre-survey communications. Engage – Ordering period for spring 2025
For courses in Spring 2025 that will employ eTexts or digital learning tools, the Engage order period will remain open until end of day Monday, December 2. No orders will be accepted after that time. Please share this information with interested instructors.
