Name change: Onsite Help Desk

The Walk-In Help Desk has been renamed to Onsite Help Desk. The team and services remain the same, and agents are ready to help with any tech troubles you encounter.

The name change reflects a desire to use inclusive language when describing Help Desk services and locations. The Help Desk team is committed to creating a welcoming, accessible environment for all. Staff are gradually updating KnowledgeBase documents, websites, communications, signage, graphics and more to reflect the new name.

The Help Desk provides support to faculty, staff and students on general computing issues and various UW applications. You can visit the Onsite Help Desk in Computer Sciences, or connect with them via phone, email or live chat.
