May was a major push for AP deployments, switch review and building cutovers. 1281 AP’s were deployed or cutover during this month, with new deployments at 8 buildings. The infrastructure team has completed all wiring for buildings and Westphal is going to do AP deployment at Memorial Library, while the Field Services team continues to finish the handful of new AP deployments they have left and continue on reviewing switches and cutting over the remaining buildings. We have identified 3 buildings that will likely not be completed by the June 30th date as they were added late, but these additions should be handed over to the regular operational activities of Field Services and we should still be able to close the larger project effort in July.
