Web conferencing (Cisco Webex)

Cisco Webex is a leading enterprise solution for voice, video, online meetings with AI summaries, screen sharing, synchronous/asynchronous messaging and webinars. The application is supported across desktops, mobile devices, tablets and hybrid room systems, and includes access to the Webex AI Assistant.

Telephone service (Cisco VoIP)

DoIT is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Cisco VoIP telephone service including infrastructure, voicemail, and recommendations for telephone sets.
