Student Information System (SIS) Access Request

SIS security requests for non-student employees may now be submitted through the SIS Security Requests tile in SIS. The tile is available to anyone with a non-student employee account (excluding users with self-service only accounts such as Advisor or Instructor). For more information see SIS – Getting Started – Security Request.

Student employee (hourly and graduate assistants) requests must be submitted using this form.

If you are a supervisor or a department authorizer who needs to submit a request for a non-student employee and you do not currently have SIS access, or have SIS access but do not see the SIS Security Requests tile, please complete the form below. An account will also be created for you so you will be able to submit future requests in SIS.

You may also reference a colleague that has the same SIS access you need.
