You’re invited to attend the UW Design Community event on August 19 to learn about service blueprinting, with Maria Dahman and Laura Grady from the Center for User Experience.
In this session, which is a follow-up to the March session on service design, you’ll learn about service blueprinting—an important piece of the service design process. You’ll walk away with an understanding of:
- Blueprinting components
- When and why you might use a blueprint
- How to make use of it once it’s developed
We’ll demonstrate the process with a real example, and you’ll have time to start your own blueprint.
